Our Story
Baldwin Farms has called the Red River Valley home for generations. The deep, dark soils and long summer days of northwestern Minnesota make this one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world.
We farm with an eye toward the long term — caring for the land today so it remains productive for the generations that follow.
What We Grow
A cornerstone crop of the Red River Valley. We grow sugarbeets destined for American Crystal Sugar, contributing to the nation's domestic sugar supply.
High-protein soybeans thrive in our fertile valley soils. A vital rotation crop that supports soil health and feeds both livestock and global markets.
Hard red spring wheat — the backbone of northern plains farming. Our wheat goes into the breads and pastas that feed families across the country.
